What is this all about?
It is a day before I turn 40. It has had no real effect on me as I have heard from others. However I feel that it should have some purpose because it is a milestone, so here is what I am going to make becoming 40 all about. It starts with saying out loud on the eve of my 40th that the world in which I live in is "NOT" all about me.
Whew! That feels good. With that is mind I am going to spend the next year making it about the ones around me, my family, friends and strangers I have not even met yet. How?
I commit here that over the next 12 months I will attempt to complete 365 random acts of kindness. And try to chronicle some of those experiences here as a journal to remind me of where I started and the path I took.
